March 23rd will see a Las Vegas style mega event at the Hong Kong International Trade & Exhibition Centre (Star Hall). Once again, long time WMC super promoter Kim-Ip brings us real muaythai action in a night of action packed world class full muaythai rules action!
The event will see 8 world class muaythai fighters battle it out in a Super 8 tournament in the 66 KG division. The last man standing will be dubbed WMC I-1 World Grand Prix Champion.
The exciting fight card will see some great fighters:
Santichai (a.k.a. “Tom Yum Goong”) from Thailand, the defending I-1 World Champion and reigning I-1 International Champion
Andrei Kulebin (a.k.a. “Bullet”) from Belarus, 3-time I-1 World Champion, former WMC World Champion
Peyman Shahrokni (a.k.a. “War Hammer”) from Sweden, Boxing and Muaythai Champion of Sweden
Tim Thomas (a.k.a. “TNT”) from England, UKMF British Champion.
Josh Palmer (a.k.a. “Napalm”) from Ireland, North American and Canadian Champion
Kurenai Toshiya (a.k.a. “Shogun”) from Japan, current Japanese World Champion.
Antoine Pinto (a.k.a. “Kid Shark”)from France, European Champion.
Umut Demirors (a.k.a. “Storm”) from Turkey, IFMA European Champion
